The terms on which you may use the Tally Master website, including the free accounting calculators.

These terms govern your use of this website. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
They cover the website only. Services provided to clients are governed by a separate engagement letter agreed with you directly, and where the two differ, the engagement letter takes precedence.
This website is operated by Tally Master Ltd, 830 Romford Road, London, E12 5JG, United Kingdom.
To be supplied: Company registration details
Registered company number, registered office address if different from the trading address, and VAT registration number if the business is VAT registered.
The content of this website is provided for general information only. It is not advice, and you should not rely on it as a basis for any decision. It describes services in general terms; what we would actually do for you is agreed with you directly.
We take care to keep the information accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, accurate or up to date at any given moment. Tax rules in particular change, sometimes with little notice.
The calculators on this website apply standard UK tax rules to the figures you enter, for the tax year you select. They are deliberately simplified and produce estimates only.
Each calculator states what it covers and what it does not. In particular, they do not account for Scottish rates of income tax, non-standard tax codes, reliefs, losses, or individual circumstances that would change the result.
A figure produced by a calculator here is not a tax computation, is not advice, and must not be used as the sole basis for a financial decision or for anything filed with HMRC. Check your position with HMRC or ask us.
Submitting an enquiry form or requesting a consultation does not create a client relationship and does not oblige either of us to proceed. A relationship begins only when an engagement is agreed in writing.
Please do not send sensitive personal information, account credentials or documents through the website enquiry forms. Tell us what you need and we will agree a secure way to exchange anything confidential.
You agree not to:
The content, design, branding and calculator implementations on this website are owned by Tally Master Ltd unless stated otherwise. You may view and print pages for your own use. You may not reuse them commercially without our written permission.
Where we link to another website, such as GOV.UK, we do so because we believe it is useful. We are not responsible for the content of any external site and a link does not imply endorsement.
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss arising from use of this website or reliance on its content, including the calculators. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
If something is wrong, tell us first at tallymasterltd@gmail.com and we will look into it.
To be supplied: Complaints procedure and external escalation
The formal complaints procedure, the timescale for responding, and details of any professional body or ombudsman a complaint can be escalated to if it is not resolved.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
We may revise these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, and the date at the top shows when it was last revised.
